In July, President & CEO Tobin Richardson joined by Kevin Kraus, Alliance Vice Chair and Steve Hanna, Board Director and Product Security Working Group Chair where he spoke on the Alliance's support in the creation of the U.S. label program identifying consumer Internet of Things (IoT) products during the White House’s live broadcast announcing the new U.S. Cyber Trust Mark.
In June, Alliance President & CEO Tobin Richardson was an invited panelist on the public issue briefing “How Can We Trust Our Connected World?” during the World Economic Forum’s 14th Annual Meeting of the New Champions in Tianjin, People's Republic of China. This live-streamed session addressed governance efforts and the ways to mitigate risks in a connected world by drawing on global efforts.
